They only deal with computer to cell phone problems or air card operations. Syncing issuse's and business connection enterprise edition. When you call into claire via *2 or 888 211 4727 when they ask say data or vision you will be directed to a tier 1 technician.

Your t2 vision support number doesn't work, and i'm so sick of getting india... sprint's customer service dept is usually pretty good but their tech support is absolutely appalling, and that's coming from somebody who works in tech support... if anything they should have india as cx service and have alabama or kentucky or wherever their cx svc center is as tech support, then i at least would get somebody who understands english and has seen a cell phone before...

Does Sprint not have a general phone number that you can dial into (versus having to dial your own personal number) to access your voicemail.
