You may want to keep that eforcity cable in case you think you may want to sometime flash the firmware on your phone as I understand it works OK for that purpose. I do not know if the USB cable has that capability.
I decided to keep mine since it would be more trouble than it was worth to mail it back and wait for a refund.
It also can serve as a serial port charger for your phone.

It still says no software included like all the other ads for <$20 USB cables. What does that mean? Why say drivers are included, but software is not? Whats the difference? Will the drivers make it see your fone, but you still cant do anything cause you dont have software?
