I have a samsung SGH-X600 with firmware version X60XAWK3.
Can you tell me if the firmware X60AIWJ2 is newer and has the camera noise switched off. What advantages does this firmware have.
Would I be better edditing the original firmware using some hex editor software.
I have seen a No Cam.sre file what's this all about? Can someone create one to do a specific task like switch off my camera noise for a specific phone.
If someone has this all sorted please can you pm ME OR EMAIL me

X60XAWK3 is the newer one. The versions go by alphabetic ordering.. K is after J so your firmware is more recent.

BoyleT you'll have to backup your firm and modify the sound with Samsung DIY. If you've backedup your firmware coul'd you send it to me?

I have had a bit of a problem finding the correct flasher util.
Do I need to use downlodeder 3.3 cos if so it wont load some error "can not find RTE folder c:\winnt\system32\cvirte ???

V20DXWK2: is this the newest??? But I read from other samsung forum, ppl said this firmware is not stable enuff~!!! Somebody who has tried this, pls share your experience here. Is it bug free??? what's the diff between K2 and I2?? what language does this K2 supports?? Thanks~!!
