Hi there... how do i get to download from phone to pc... and is there a program to edit the phonebook with... like,, editing a contact with changing tone, picture, groupe ect ect ect

to download from PC to phone you can di it 3 ways, Via Infared, Blutooth, or usea data cable. it all depends on the phone you have!!! and if you are using a PC or a Laptop!!!!

To download from PC to phone you need software that came with the phone or download it from the Sony Ericsson website.

Not trying to rue anyone's ego here, but I don't think it's possible to transfer any multimedia from phone to PC via data cable. With anything else it's possible, but also costs more money. F corz, you can transfer simple digit-based data from phone to pc, but nothing else. Before color phones and MMS, data cables were a reliable and cheap solution, but with the newer technology, we can really experience its drawbacks (I had bought my second data cable for nothing, when someone enlightened me about this, and now I'm buying my IR adapter).
