I downloaded a mod called fishbone. Perhaps you already know it. It says there changes at the external display. I searched the bin and the tfs with Januka, but I couldn't find any differences. I don't want to flash my phone with this firm. Doesn't have langs I need. I only wants the external pics.
Give me a help... |
If you did a automatic scan and you coudln't find the mods in the bin that mod is fake. |
I got it from avistuff. It works. Are these stuff in raw or compressed images. I don't know how to explore compressed...
Thanks

Hi Don
I think this should one of my last searches about firmware. I know now everything else.
-I opened E700 bin file with Januka. Then "autoscan".
In raw images, 316-344, are colour noise that cannot be recognised.
Any idea what these are?
-Also, how can I explore the compressed images? I used the small helper from Januka site (English), but I couldn't get it work (different codes, hard to understand).
-I opened a bin with a hex editor (AXE).
I found Latin ringtone names. Ok. Many languages. I used Unicode (Utf- and Unicode font settings for some ringtone names that displayed strange (hieroglyphics, other language - non Latin, there are 2 of them, one should be Greek). No success. Still strange.
Any solution for that?
Thanks for all.
Grtom45.

Don, the firmware-guru of mobiledia...
I have downloaded firmwares which contain Greek, but unfortunately I get the hated T-mobile-software in the phone, also!
I´m trying with different firmwares and I´m trying to find: The latest firmware for E700, with Greek dictionary and Greek menus, + Swedish dictionary and Swedish menus and WITHOUT T-mobile.
Is there a way to find out which firmware suits my phone best?
Thanks for the guidance, btw.

Lets see, i tried to download the H2 firmware, cause i accidentally by some unknown cause, remowed everything from my v200 (including the firmware) now, the thing is, when i try to flash the phone, (i do things by the book) take out my battery, opens optiflash bla bla bla, and when im flashing it, it says "power on mobile", so i do that, next thing i know, it says "loading flash" or something, about three minutes later, i get this error message saying "error_to many retries" or something. anybody familiar with this problem? plz answer, im desperate!
