I am using OptiFlash 3.6.0.6 to backup my Samsung E600 firmware but I got the below error message. Can someone help me out? Also, does anyone has the E600 firmware which support Chinese? Thanks in advance!

Hey dude i love the firmware work you do on the forum. I was wondering if you could add to your list the samsung e-105. Recently you added the e100, but for us in the states, it wont work because of the whole band issue. There are quite a few of us using these e105's, so if you could do anything, that be appreciated. Thanks.

@CaptEvo
Try backing up your firmware with one of the test loaders one of them must work.
@dinesh_skr
I have no idea where that switch is for, i only know that some softwares only work if you switch it to D/L.
@grtom45
- I have no idea what those are try changing to 16/8 or 1 bit maybe there wil appear a picture.
- Go to the Tab [16 Bit Compres...] change the Start Offset to 1, disable Detect Images and click on Firmware Scan.
- Write that greek name down in notepad and save it, than open that text document with the hex editor and copy the hex than do a search for that hex.

@capslock
I see that grtom45 answred your question.
@Angelecourg
You can create your own picture table using http://januka.altervista.org its not easy to use at first but after a while it will be you can find a small tutorail on that same page.
@SoG
Only flash your phone if you really want to cause there no way to make a complete backup for now you can only make a backup of the .bin.
@iceberg
Sometimes its like upgrading from win 98 to win xp but mostly its like you've installed a service pack (bug fixes).
The only thing that will happen is that your phone doesnt start. But you can always try maybe it will boot.

@Acheron
Try Optiflash 3.6.0.6 or 3.7.0.1

@adi82
It's a mod
@Borg-Gr
You can make a backup with Optiflash 3.6 or 3.7 and mod it with http://januka.altervista.org .
@akira976
Theres no unbranded firmware for the E105 the phone is made for tmobile and they used an agere chip which the E100 doesn't have thats why you can't flash your E105 with a E100 firmware. The only thing you can do to let it look unbranded is make a backup with Optiflash and mod your firmware.

@codoubo
Close the program and try again or try it with 3.7 and if it stil doesn't work try the Test Loaders.
@edtiva
I can't find that much E105 firmwares on the net its rare like the X105.
@Yakuz
The X600DX.... firmwares are X600A but i don't think you can flash x600/x608 to a x600A but you can try cause im not sure.
Don't know about the firmware with japanese inside never saw one.

Hi Don,
I have an E708. I would like to replace the default ringtones with custom made ring tones. How do I go about it? I'm alien to all this hex things.
Also, my current firmware is E78ZCWI2. I want to flash my phone with a firmware that has English as the default (including the day) but also have Japanese. Is there any firmware with these 2 language together? BTW, I can't seem to download any of the firmware from the forum. It gives me server not found error.
I have downloaded E700 Flasher and downloader 3.3. What other programs or tools do I need? I already have PsmPlay 5.0. However, the cable I have is PCB093LBE which came with my S300 phone. Can it be use for flashing my E708? I have switch the switch to DATA from D/L.
Please advise Don. Many thanks in Advance.
regards.
