Two things:
1) You need this cable modem drivers, no others:

2) You Internet Provider and your phone provider must support dial-up connections with the cell phone.

hey Bjoern,
i've downloaded the file and install it, i'm able to dial the number, with the phone connected to the laptop, but get a weird beep like the number isn't in service.
so i tryed disconnecting to mobile from the cable and dial the dialup server number like you do when making a normal mobile call and the server picks up and makes all the modem sounds etc.... anymore ideas?
thanks heaps for your help so far.
Mike

one more thing, when the laptop dials the number, the number shows up on the screen, and then when its start to beep, it changes to a gray box with a D inside it with call 1 alongside that. is there maybe a setting on the phone i need to change?

Yes, but does your provider supports dial-up connections via cell phones?
And did you configure the modem correctly in the "Nokia Modem Options" in your system controls?
