I love every song of "Die Ärzte" (english: The doctors)
So my top 5 would be:
1) Zu Spät (too late)
2) ½ Lovesong
3) Sweet sweet Gwendoline
4) Männer sind Schweine (men are pigs)
5) Schunder-Song (schunder is a person which is oppressed)
I don't think they are known in India... but surprisingly the are known in Japan...
I just coming from a concert they played 3 hours which is normal for them
And they had the Village People as supporting act too cool

Well, my Top 5 is changing nearly every few days
I was on a Die Ärzte concert on friday, so I'm currently love their music much.
To add an english song:
Marylin Manson - Highway To Hell
Nice ACDC-Cover
And I like "Yoko Ishida - Sugar Baby Love" - this is an japanese cover of the original old song of The Rubetts (60's or so)
And the only indian artist I know is Panjabi MC, he was quite successful with his song "Mundian To Bach Ke" (I think he was at least in the TopTen of our charts).
Oh wait... I know "Bhangra Knights vs. Husan - Husan"... but they are more british than indian...
They are not so well known, but their song is a bit known since it was used in a commercial for Peugeot.
