I just got my v600 today and its really nice, Ive found 2 small problems with it that I can live with if all v600's are like it but if its not I need to send it back to get a replacement.
1) When I make calls and hold my ear to the ear piece I can hear a high pitched noise either coming from the screen or the ear piece, its not very loud at all but my other nokia phones have not had this.
2) when I play a ring tone i notice a small clicking noise before the tone plays and a click noise after its finished, again not that noisy at all but still there, it however isn't there on the very simple old fashioned beep tunes and only seems to happen on polyphonic ones.
If this is normal then I'm happy to live with it but if its not I will need to get a replacement soon so would really appreciate if anyone with a v600 could tell me if its the same on their phone
Thanks

I ve had the "high noise" with my siemens s55 before, now with my V600 there is very little which is normal, but im musician and dont think that the "normal" users will noticed. But with s55 it was really bad...

yeah my v300 did it after flashing to v600 so its something in the software not hardware.
the click ticking whatever noise
Mine does it while menu surfing sometimes as well

My bros siemens does that as does my friends...it does some clicking noises once or twice before it connects the call. My moto doesn't do this at all.

Hm...sounds like definately a software issue, but if thats what happens then I guess all you can do is not opcode the ring volumes so it doesn't do it.
