Actually, I've never really wanted to install SP2, due to some remaining legacy issues, amongst a few other things I've read about. sp would like to find another way around this problem. Thanks anyway.

can your software (Ivt Bluesoleil) detect the phone? or is it the pc suite problem? Explain the whole problem.
and about the transfering from the phone 2 pc it does not support that. i think u can only establish the link b/w the phone and the usb dongle and then send the numbers and stuff using pc suite.

BlueSoleil is known for having issues with Nokia phones.
You should get a dongle with another software.

I have N90 and latest software update of Nokia PC Suite. But when I use GPRS connection sometimes it is getting disconnected after some time (this is happening regularly if not everytime) and when I tried to reconnect again it was not connecting.
I have to reboot the phone for GPRS connection to work again.
I have used the same Bluetooth dongle for connecting to internet using SonyEricsson Z600 without any problems. But when I use N90, somehow it is not continuously connected to internet thru GPRS.
I would really appreciate any input in this regards.
Nokia PC Suite is working perfectly as far as Synchronization of PC with Nokia phone. I only have GPRS continuity problems.

(Nokia phone + ivt bluesoleil = problems). The ivt software has a bug. It automatically disconnects. Even if u reconnect it. The bug remains in it. The version 1.6 is bug free. But installing a lower version might create a problem of reg. So buy ur self a new dongle with widcomm software or something. And about music maybe the phone does not support the format.

Widcomm is compatible without any problems.
If you have Windows XP with SP2 just plug in the stick let Windows use their own drivers instead of the Widcomm drivers since they work like a charm with Nokia phones.
