I t is fixed.
If you cant turn on your mobile, u just have to remove the battery and replace it in order to start the flashing process

I copied my post from a previous post I made. I have an e715 but i suppose the process may work for other phones:
alright I now have it flashing, and for anyone else with my problem, try the following:
Take the battery out for a longer period of time (10+ seconds)
remove your phone from the data cable
replace the battery
hit 'flash' in optiflash
re-attach your phone to the data cable
hit on / off as optiflash instructs
keep in mind i hit flash BEFORE my phone was attached to the data cable
I dont know that this will work for everyone, but mine is now flashing after previously not doing ANYTHING after a bad flash....Good Luck!

strange problems guys,
I use an USB cable to flash firmware and I do never remove the battery. I just connect the cable. Turn the phone off. Flash the firmware (or mods) and turn my phone back on, works all the time. If I want to flash multiple mods, I just flash them one after another without turning my phone on/off in between mods..
