If you choose differences only, even re-flashing your entire phone to a new firmware should take about 15 to 20 minutes. Also, I have tried changing the offset of pictures in DIY and it doesn't seem to want to let me. It let me change them in the ringtone section, but not in the pictures.... Oh well, I guess I have to deal with the cheap junk I have... Hehe...
