Hi,
can any one help me!!
please!!!!
I have A800 phone and a Data cable, iIhave installed easy link, but can not get my phone to connect to the pc.
When easy link loads up it lokks as though it is taking data from my phone, but when I go to the melody to phone, it will select and play the but not download.
I am now fed up with trying and hope that there are some experts out there who can sort me out.

1. Turn your phone on
2. Start the program
3. Connect the cable
If that doesn't work:
- The cable is not in the correct com port
- Or your com port doesn't work
- Or its the wrong cable.

Hi.
i have tried what you suggested and the battery bars are mioving as if it is on charge.
is that right?

Thats not right it mostly happens when its the wrong cable, but did you tried to send tones anyway?

yes i tried,
it always say's off line at the bottom of the screen
I am usingf a cable for the SGh T100,as it has the same connections, but with the easy link softwear.
Is this not the right cabl, if so do you know what cable I need.

Try it with T100 EasyGSM but dont try to upload images.

I have already tried that software when I first got the cable.
I was able to connect I downloaded two tones and I think I tried an image.
After that my phone did not work.
It flashed three times then did nothing.
Sent it to ber repaired and when I got it back tried the easy link with no sucess.
Do you think that it was the Image that caused the damage to my phone?
Do you think that I will be fine to use the T100 softwear using tones only with out causing any damage to the phone.
