I'm planning on getting a new cell phone soon and I'm stuck between the LG VX6000 and the LG VX4600.
I know the 4600 is apparantly the better, newer model which improved some issues in the 6000 and it has longer battery life, but I really prefer the appearance of the 6000 over the 4600.
I'm not a hardcore phone person. I don't need the top of the line features and all that. I just want a good phone that'll last a day or more on a charge and looks good. So even though th 6000's battery isn't as good as the 4600, as long as the 6000's battery can last a day or more I'm fine.
If anyone has any personal experience or knowledge of either phones, please help me out.

yay i like the LG VX 6000 i just got it the 1st of July and it's great! i like how it looks too. the battery last for a long time though. i know it does last more than i day though. at the end of each day the battery is 1/4 down and that isn't very much at all. so if i where u get the 6000. byeeee now

Well from the what it is worth department I had he same delima. I went to a company owned store front and was ready to port 3 numbers and two of them I wanted the 4600 for. well come to find out they did not carry them in the store one clown did not even know they made a 4600. So after some checking they finally figured out they could have got them from the fullfilment center and could have shipped them to me. So after a day or two of deliberation and a couple of fits they sold me the 6000's for the price of the 4600. I to also liked the extra battery life and will probabaly never use the camera feature but since I got a deal I figured the resale at a later date might come in handy. Of course I had my test drive time increased from 15 to 30 days to try it and if you don't like it bring it back for another.

Does anyone know if the 4600 will work in North Jersey?
The brainiacs in the Verizon store says it isn't available in the Tri-State area, but it's available thru their website. Any help? Thanks

I live in Pennsylvania and have a 4600 so I'm assuming it will also work in NJ.
