Why don't you try to help people insteed of crap ideas. Some people don't have lots of money to just buy NEW,further it sure seems like a lot of new phones are in the repair shop . I also have five lines on my plan where I just ordered a new TILT time will tell if it last as long!

not all reps have that level of permission in snooper. I had it.until about 6 months ago. now I dont. AFAIK tech and the unlock team are the only groups that are **supposed** to have it

Yes, we might have access to it, but tell you what, that is against COBC. You MUST submit a case ONLY if the customer is qualified. I am Tier 2 and ANS/PMC, and I still have to file a case. So if you're getting unlock codes via snooper, tell me your supes name so I can report you, because that is a no-no.

My phone was bought in Portugal with UZO service and though I was told it was not locked, it surely is as it will not work with any other sim card. The IMEI number is 356422019255955 and any help would be appreciated so that I could use it in Ecuador with another carrier.

caveat emptor. let the buyer beware. in order to get that unlock code you have to call the carrier the phone came from. I wouldnt expect too much cooperation as you are not the original owner. there will be hoops to jump thru
