Hi!
I've got an cable as I use to conect my phone to the cimputer whit. The program how came in the same packet as the cable can find the phone but not Mobile Phone Monitor. I've run WIN 98. Please help me!

i had a similar problem install all the software that came with the phone but make sure you have microsoft outlook installed or it does not work then install the other software let me know how you go or if i can help more

install all the software that came with the phone and you need microsoft outlook or the sony software wont work then if you install the other software after phone manager will automatically find your phone:D

Why do you need Outlook because last time i tried that it said that its not running or something like that but i have got it!!!!!
going back to what you said previously would you sugest me uninstall everything (MPM, Send file 2, Softwear on disk that came with phone) and start again????

when my computer did not find my phone i tryed to install the sony t68i software it came up and said you need to run microsoft outlook not outlook express when i installed that then then sony stuff install eg phone manger then when i install send file 2 it found my phone instantly with no more problems
