I mean if you select another port like 1 or 18 not the one the usb thing is assingt to.

Although when connected to port one it sometimes goes, but even with the phone connected it still says offlne, but the file manager is higlghted, but just not working.
Maybe its my phone!

Well some do and some dont, i am on a laptop, and only have 2 USB ports, i dont get what you mean, if t select a different port within the software i dont get the eror meassage no.

Maybe there's someting wrong whit the usb to serial driver you used. Do you remember which one you used?

I have done that and now i get this error;
And also when i insert my USB cable, it asks me to install the software from a disk or file location. What do i do, because the Pims and File manager is already installed.
