Help me please, for days and hours i have wasted trying to get my USB - Serial lead to work again to obtain my Photos using the file manager......Its worked fine until the other day, i simply connected the phone normal, and now it says after opening the Pims and file manager..."Connot read messages" And the File manger is then faded from use, what to do please.
I even tried to obtain the update via the help menu, but it gets stuck right at the end, how rubbish is that, i have tried it four times.

No, i dont even have to connect the phone and when i start the software, it does this;
It just acts as if it is checking the phone, when its not even connected!

I cant get the file online. Try to do the update again it worked fine for me but downloading it went slow.

Right it downloaded eventually, but there was erors when intalling so i now have to un-install then re-install because it says there is no updates available now,
