Hi, i have a samsung sgh f700v mobile phone which is now barred due to me getting a extortionate bill from vodaphone on my contract so i did not pay it and they have now blocked my phone.
when i try to call out it just says rejected and when i try to ring in on my new sim card it just says number not accepting calls.
I know this is down to my imei number being blacklisted due to me not paying the bill but i`m sure there must be some way around it?
i`ve looked everywhere for this
Samsung_Cerberos_Unlocker_v1.5.001.zip
software but can`t find it anywhere!
could someone tell me if this will do it and if so how to get it and how to do it?
your help would be greatly appreciated
