So making a summary I've drawn the conclusion that Z600 comes with a TFD display which is almost the same as TFT along these parameters (65k). It consumes the same energy as SNT does but it's free of ghosting and it produce absolutly sharp and bright pictures.
Advantage of TFT is that it can be developped forward to more colours as it already happened too.
So Z600 and T630 actually don't need TFT display as they wouldn't be better with those..

I wonder if the display of Sharp GX30 made by the technology called Continous Grain Silicon (CGS) is in what way different of TFT. Or it is also a subpart of it?
(The description says that the CGS technology results a extremly fine resolution with the advantage of the controlling electronics could be placed on the surface of display yielding smaller units.
Size of one pixel is smaller than 0.1 millimeter.)
Anyone could clear this?
