The 3230 is a S60 phone, so none of these codes will work.

For the call register: just go to the call register, press options, select settings and select how long the call register will be saved.

There are no big secret for the phone, quite every "trick" for a Symbian S60 phone should work

Hi again Bjoern,

I have one more problem with this Nokia 3230 phone , i am trying to connect to the internet using my bluetooth but it seem it can communicate with the mrouter that was install inside my laptop . FYI, i am usiang a mrouter software from Intuwave version 3.1.0.28. Each time i try to connect , the bluetooth icon will turn green , and the mrouter software can detact my connection but it can'nt connect to the phone .
I have contact the person who give the setting to connect to the web using my bluetooth and this is the reply email .
----------------------------------------------------------
Hello,

Iīve read your email. First of all, the main problem seems to come from
the
mRouter. Can you check if the ports on your machines are correctly
opened, e.g.
no firewall activated.
Then retry to connect to your PC via Bluetooth by using the inbuilt
webbrowser
of the Nokia
Iīm not quite sure if the Opera is using the same way to connect to the
internet
as the inbuilt browser, thatīs why I would advice you to take for the
first
tests the inbuilt browser.

If nothing happens, check in the mRouter if the Bluetooth Port is
checked.
Also be sure before doing these operations, that no Nokia Suite is
opened or no
Sync programm is launched. Otherwise the Bluetooth port canīt be used.
-----------------------------------------------------------

Can you help me in this problem , pro ..

and the other thing , how to confirm that the m router are install inside my phone ?? From my search , i found that , the nokia 3230 are pre-install with m-router 3.1 DP1 but how to confirm that the program is there ??

Thank you ..

It is ages ago I read something about it.

I won't confirm it, but it seems it is again possible to connect to the internet via bluetooth (since Symbian OS 7.0 it wasn't possible anymore because the introduced WAP 2.0 and the phones used a different of dial-up where they now would get an IP).

Without Gnubox only Opera seems to be able to connect to the internet that way.

The internal browser needs Gnubox to be installed
http://gnubox.dnsalias.org/gnubox/

Unfortunately I'm not that familiar with that topic anymore.

Hi.
I used the - Deep Reset (*#7370#) for my E61.
I then entered the default security code.
Now when I turn it on it says PIN Code blocked. Enter PUK code:

When I enter the PUK it asks me for a new pin code to enter which i do twice
then it just throws back - Code Error.

Does anyone have any idea how to get past this?
Any help is much appreciated.
Regards
dougnash

I only get mono sound from the 2.5mm stereo headphone jack using a Sony stereo headset with 2.5mm adapter. I have verified the function of the headset and adapter with other devices and have set the phone stereo output. Nokia.ca says the port will only work with Nokia devices but they do not sell one (HS-9). Is this an industry standard 2.5mm port and mine is broken or am I SOL.
