My nokia 6085 has a phone memory of 7mb. In my inbox it has consume 1700mb.When there are no messages.Currently, when i viewed my phone memory status.It only has a 1.1 mb capacity.Im puzzled.help!

problem: well, my phone switches on fine , but i cannot unlock the keypad. when i try, the screen goes white, then black, then the phone restarts. well, i can recieve calls, as we dont need to unlock the keypad to answer a call, but i cant use the phone
please, some1 help, there's no nokia store in my country

WARNING!
If you own a Nokia 6500 slide, be careful with the video function. Twice now i've LOST FOOTAGE - recorded 5mins + of precious footage, played video fine, charged phone then tried to re-play and message reads:- "file format not supported".
I've been told recording is now corrupted though i've done nothing (the original .3gp file extension is the same).
The memory is still on my phone. Tried sending it to a friend's phone, USB cable to comp., changed file name - NONE WORK.
I've contacted my UK service provider (Orange UK) and they say recording is corrupted, no shit!
If anyone has any ideas, short of calling Nokia, i'd be very interested as i now am SCARED TO RECORD VIDEO USING MY NOKIA 6500.

when i wake up.i dont know why my phone no connections.means i cant send or receive message and call.no networking.then i try format so many times.like *#7780#,*#7730 and hold button three,green and * while on the phone.still no line.then i got a problem with virus.auto mms.i scan already but the virus still didnt work at it.then i cant off my phone.means even i insert the battery.it automatically on.when i try to off phone.it cant turn off.help me plz.what should i do?how i wanna install the nokia original system?
