dont listen to him t-mobile is great lots of minutes for less. there cs is rated #1 by jd powers. i never wait more then 2 minites for cs. where my friend waits a minimum of fiteen minites. so go with t-mobile. they got unlimted txt messaging for ten bucks now in and out of country also free roaming. there tech support us awesome fixes everthing i need.

proud t-mobile customer. icon_biggrin.gif
T-mobile might be rated number 1 but I have had the same problems, I had to contact the BBB, the FCC and 3 attouneys to get them to cancel my contract, they had no coverage in our area which was promised, also we were mislead and lied to by the shitty demons, dont listen to yourself, the reason you might have good coverage is becuase you live in a big city or italong an interstate, Go with either Cingular or Verizon, NOT T-SHITHOLE!!

I feel like I'm repeating myself cuz I've said it like times today, but here we go icon_smile.gif My husband and I travel the continent basically and with at&t/cingular, I have to say that it is very rarely that I enter an area where I don't have service. And when that does happen, it doesn't seem to be for but a minute anyway. Im very happy with them as far as service goes. Their customer service is kinda stupid sometimes, but just call back and get a new one icon_razz.gif But I don't think that should be a deciding factor...it should be the quality of what you're getting with your phone.

OMG! please, what ever you do, DO NOT go w/ cingular. they soooo suck. they also charge too much. The only good thing is the coverage. I just bought t-mobile yesterday and have a very good experence in only 1 day of use.

So, the Cingular customer care rep said:

Quote:
""dont blame ATT/ Cingular for your stupidity

voicemail and its setup is published at the website

here is the link

http://www.attwireless.com/help/Help.jhtml

click on voicemail (that will show you the temporary password and the setup instructions)

and if you arent near a computer... call before 11 am eastern you will get in right away... we ( yes I am a care rep) are waiting for calls until about that time""

Now I don't know about you, but that should tell you something about Cingular's customer service, when a care rep calls one of his customers stupid!

Anyway, I would definitely go with Tmobile, although they are just as bad with customer service. I am not abreast about the current phones for Tmobile. I only sell Verizon phones, and if customer service is more of an issue than money, I would just get a world phone from Verizon.

But for the money, go with Tmobile. You can always manage your account online.

T-Mobile has Catherine Zeta Jones....

Umm what does cingular have ?

Cingular just got booted from the BBB...

T-Mobile was just rated best something or another...

You can get the Razr phone with both...

T-mobile has nice 1 year contracts....

I have not seen any mention of 1 year contracts with Cingular.*edit* It appears they do have 1yr contracts.

I loved my AT&T... not liking so much the Cingular so far....

But if you want my suggestion

Verizon Wireless

They have Darth Vader.
