ok first of all don't open your mouth unless you know about a subject. 1.Our only job is not to screw our customer, 2.there is a concept of service to an extent, and 3.there are not minimum wage teenagers working at t-mobile.
1.i have had many customers come back to my store when there phone didn't work or they weren't happy with the coverage and after finding no way for them to get what they need, i'll help then cancel the line, meaning i loose out on commision.
2. i'll be more than happy to help a customer out as long as they aren't jumping down my throat about something i have no control over or threatining me. I'm not gonna help you out if you want to treat me like crap or call me names, no one will help you out if you do that. so if you come into my store and expect to get treated with respect, then treat me with respect cause you came in seeking help from someone with more knowledge than you.
3. First off you have to be 18 to work for the company, yes that is still in the teen years but a legal adult. and we don't make minimum wage, i've worked in the wireless industry for the past 4 years and i've never made something that equals to minimum wage. we get hourly pay plus commission and make pretty good money and it keeps going up every year.

You know what, don't go in the store cause your are exactly the kind of person we don't like to deal with cause you always cause problems and probably don't listen well.

Come on. Finally someone related to TMobile who wants to take a stand. Too bad you are at a store and not at their 1-800 “customer service”. They could use the honesty. You obviously feel some professionalism. I did not get that from your first post.

To differentiate from professionals such as yourself, from now on I will refer to the TMobile-from-hell as 1-800 TMobile.

1. The TMobile "store" in my town is a kiosk at the mall run by the aforementioned 18 year olds (teenagers) who don’t frankly give a hoot except to make a sale (or not). Been there. Employee turnover is high.

2. I have dealt with the 1-800 TMobile for the life of my contract (years, ever since they bought out my original wireless provider) – phones, service, upgrades, repair, etc.

3. The undisputed facts are that 1-800 TMobile has made false statements, had no intention of fulfilling promises made over the phone, withheld information relevant to the case, and charged me several hundred dollars for a brand new phone I neither ordered nor received. They then threatened to cut me off because I disputed the charge.

OK?

I'd love to see you do the CC reps or the Tmobile dealers job better. I dont think that you could deal with screaming goofs all day that are just bitching to get something they dont deserve, but i guess its easy for someone like you to judge if you have no idea about what your talking about.

My problem is very similar to CRYMSYNS. I'm at my wits end with trying to get some satisfaction from CSR @ T-Mobile. I've called, faxed, e-mailed and they keep telling me that the charges are valid.

After upgrading my phone to a V-600 and adding internet service (for $19.95/Mo.), T-Mobile has been charging me for Text Messages that ARE NOT TEXT MESSAGES, it's "browser messages" coming from MyE-Mail, which is "unlimited and free" under the terms of my contract.

I've gotten charges of over $800.00 for 6000+ text messages that are not Text Messages.

My phone sevice has now been suspended because I refuse to pay for something that was supposed to be "free" per the contract.

Who can help?

How do you contact the corporate office?

If anybody has this info (and it appears some of you have had success in making contact with the corporate office), please send me this info.

I'd really appreciate it!

how can you possible get $800 in changes from "6000+" text messages that are only .05 each? do the math, theres another $500 missing. OR, maybe some of the charges actually are vaild.

BTW: when people send you an email to yourphonenumber@tmomail.net - that is not myemail. that IS a text message. Not sure if thats what you are talking about, but it definately sounds like a possibility given the brief explination of the situation, and the lack of a bill or call records to look at to see exactly what # these "not text message" text messages are comming from.

(Hint: anything that is from the phone #s 500 and up are emails that someone sent you. If it is from a 5 digit # then it is something that you signed up for, like alerts from a 3rd party website or ringtones, horoscopes, or jokes by texting a company that you saw a comercial for)

PS: the 19.99 internet is used for connecting a computer (or PDA) to the internet, not the V600. The v600 can only handle WAP pages and not HTML, so the 19.99 internet feature is useless unless you are plugging your phone into another device and using that 2nd device to go on the internet

Snap lol

He is right though what were you doing with the internet service on a motorola v600?? using a blue tooth connections or data cable to getting a wireless connection to the internet on a portable computer??

Were you using and IM service? they also charge you as a text message. I can guarentee you that your service provider is not charging you for something that should be free with your internet package. If it was suppose to be free then they wouldnt be charging you lol unless it was a billing issue but if it was the CSR's would be aware of it and wouldnt be giving you the "ALL CHARGES ARE VALID" speech.

You're right, the charges DON'T add up. That's the point. Initially, I got the internet service for connecting my PDA for transmitting sales order that are then dumped into my company's main server straight through my phone and PDA.

When I signed up for the internet, it has "Free, Unlimited" MyE-Mail. I rarely, if ever, use text messaging. I've NEVER used instant messaging on my phone or home computer.

The tremendous amount of "Browser Messages" coming through are being dumped from my Yahoo/SBC that I plugged in on the T-Mobile website. These, despite what it says on my phone, are being charged as "Text Messages." I've gotten independent, third-party verification of this from a T-Mobile retail store manager. They are the ones that told ME what the problem was.

A Tech Mgr. @ T-Mobile Customer Care even acknowledged there was problem. Then, some idiot at Customer Care decided, suddenly, there wasn't a problem.

So, you can LOL all you want, but it doesn't address MY problem!

Sounds to me like you guys work for T-Mobile Customer Care.

Dude im in Canada lol, Dont have access to anything Tmobile, have just come accross alot of policies and procedures for most of the major wireless providers though. If you have a problem talking to CC ask to be transferred to the WDG (Wireless Data Group).

BTW,

Nobody sends me e-mail via yourphonenumber@tmomail.net. I don't use that either.

All my e-mail comes from my SBC/Yahoo! account via T-Mobile's internet service that forwards them to me.
