I recently changed one phone to T-Mobile the reception was bad and calls were dropped as well as not received and sent to voice mail. To make a long story short I canceled and returned to Nextel well within the 14 days. My phone with T-Mobile was turned off and unable to use my Nextel phone was reactivated. Here's the good part T-Mobile held my account open till the 14 day grace period had elapsed and billed me for $200.00. I called T-Mobile they said nothing they could do, wrote T-Mobile they said my account was turned over to a collection agency. I now have written to the CEO of T-Mobile as well as filed a complaint with the FCC. My next stop will be with our local NBC affiliate for consumer protection. AVOID T-MOBILE

I doubt the CEO has time to take calls from customers.

Thisis for facts not personal attacks. Just stating the fact sir.

Telling everyone I have a court case, is that whining?

Telling everyone of what I know about TMobile and their policy, is that whining?

Let's bet I win my case? Let's bet the facts and case are on my side? Let's bet a judge will rule in favor of the consumer over the Multi Billion corporation? Thanks

Don't care if you win or lose your court case, I will stay with T-Mobile. I've had almost all the carriers: AT&T Wireless (the very worst), Cingular (jumping from AT&T), Verizon, Voicestream (which is now T-Mobile), and now T-Mobile. I've only had two problems. Called Customer Care. On hold for less than 5 minutes (try THAT one with AT&T Wireless) and my problem was solved the very first time (something that had never happened with AT&T Wireless).
Now, reading all the threads on this, it seems that no one sympathizes with you. I wonder why? I certainly don't. In my mind, you don't seem to want to take any of the responsibility, but throw the whole bucket of worms on T-Mobile. I really believe that if you were on "Judge Judy" she would dismiss the case.

Actually I agree, I love their customer care it's their policy that is hurting its customers. I do not like Nextel can't wait till contract is done. But I do agree. I did not throw the whole bucket at them and I actually I agreed to pay half the bill at first then after reading more and getting no where, I agreed to pay all domestic charges. They didn't go down one dollar. I had no choice but to sue them in civil or allow the debt to go on my awesome credit report. I think they have a 90% share in the blame I will gladly take the rest of the blame. But thanks for your post.

I thought it was regular English. I noticed this forum doesn't really address anything only stories and unprofessional personal attacks. I have asked some very very valid questions and even your has not even tried to help me out with any answers can I try to ask you again to help me or other TMobile customers that are in need for some help. Is the forum set up to talk and to help others?
PS Can the phones still be cloned?
Does it happen at all?

Aproducer I have the phone number and fax number for executive care email me and I will get it to you!! It appears to be a consumer fraud issue. AP do you have proof of when you deactivated the phone. What was the dates you activated and deactivated? did you deactivate yourself or go to a dealer? Did you happen to write the agents ID you spoke too.
