I'm using a data cable to link my E700 to PC (OS is Win XP). It's connected to COM 3, which opperates at 9600bps, and have adjusted the settings in Easystudio accordingly. But EasyStudio won't highlight the reload option, so I can't transfer phone data to PC.

Also tried Easy GPRS with same COM settings, this pretends to load in phone data (splash screen appears) but data dosn't appear.

The cable was bought on Ebay, only Identifier is sticker saying for SAM E700. The drivers are installed correctly.

Any Ideas Guy's??

Thanks in advance.

Are you sure it not the modem that uses COM 3 and the cable COM 1?

Sometimes when I first start EasyGPRS I get the following message

'Cannot open port and this program is switched in offline mode. After, try to switch in online'

Any Ideas??
