are you saying people in the store don't have the balls to stand up to a cust who gets in their face? i don't know where you're from but anyone comes into my store and gets in my face is gonna see i got the balls to stand up for myself and not take their crap. i couldn't tell you how many people i've kicked out of stores cause they think they can treat me how ever they want cause they are the customer. so uh, if you think reps in stores have no balls think again, and we're called sales reps, not customer service people, our main job is to sell not sit with you and explain why your bill is 2$ higher than it was last month

Oh no, let's all cry and bitch and whine about how terrible a company's customer service is because they won't do EXACTLY what we want, even when we can't tell them exactly what it is that we want beacuse we're too upset about a 3 hour call to the opperator that happeded because we couldnt be bothered to learn how to lock our damn keypads, so it's automatically the company's fault and we're not gonna pay another cent untill the overage is credited back, and we're gonna tell everyone we know how terrible T-mobile is because they wont give us money for being a complete drain on society's resources.
Complain all you want, but once you pull your head out of your fat, lazy ass long enough to realize that T-mobile is a company - and the purpose of a company is to make money - and you are the customer who is buying a service from that company, so if you make it harder for the company to make money by forcing them to reimburse you for your own damn mistakes, it will only take away from the company's ability to provide a "decent" service.
And the best part is, you think that the reps are the ones who don't have any balls because their job involves using a phone instead of face to face conversations yet you blame the reps for your high bills instead of your 14-year old daughter who downloaded 20 different ringtones on your phone without asking you.

It is amazing that some people actually believe that ringtones just "get" on their phones and their bills...
