Does anyone know where I can get driver and free software for VX6000? I have the data cable but my pc does not recognize the phone. I have windows xp version 2002 SP1. Any help will be appreciated.

i have the usb to com port driver and you can get the software from the lg website.
e-mail me for the driver

I would also love to get my grubby hands on that Com Port Driver and the driver for the usb cable if you could be so kind as to email it to me
I have a data cable and the software/driver cd and still cannot get my phone to connect with my pc, it keeps telling me the port is wrong. I've tried just about everything and still can't get it to work. Any ideas, anyone? thanks

What operating system are yuo using? What error message are you receiving? If your PC is turned on and you plug the phone into the USB port that is already connected to the PC, what happens?
