too true.... I just tried sending sms in excess of 70 characters and it created a second message. Good thing I don't send more than a few words at a time. I couldn't agree more about the "unfriendliness" of the texting on this phone. I haven't quite figured out the t9 of the phone yet, so until I do....... I just complain about it

dont even bother. you can learn though about the t9 thru your manual... although being a veteran text user i hav never got the feel of using it... seems worthless. cant really help shortn ur msgs 2 fit n2 d mst space posble...

Help!!!
Hi have just followed all the instruction to flash my V205 to V200 and got past step h with no problem, so i went on to flash the phone, now when it comes to power up it goes thru steps till it states error code ERR_ROO_MANY_RETRIES and kicks me out!!!
I tried to reinstall the old version from my saved file but i get the same problem. Now i cant turn the phone on.
Can anyone help

After flashing there is no need to change the IMEI (... "if".. there is change, then the unit must do it by itself...) The only user changes are to your personal preferences. Flashing to the v200 is relativly simple and painless.
On a side note I kinda perfered the shortcut key option to access the phone list on the v205 more that the dedicated names button on the v200. But that aside, the v200 rocks!!

Hi MrQ .. so its not possible to flash the phone using the standard data cable that you get in the box with the Phone?

I got the same error, and am wondering if anyone knows how to solve this problem...
