When you go to the Service Tests menu, what is the "buzzer" option used for?
What about "real time clock?"

The Buzzer is the other name of the part of your phone which is responsible for any sound made whether it's monophonic, or polyphonic. There it seems like you have to set the buzzer volume, try putting its value +1 or anything, then you'll hear your ringtone, just as if you would be in Settings -> Sounds & alerts -> Ring volume.
