Hi,
When you have a DataCable, you'll be needing some essential softwares..
1. Mobile Phone Monitor - Helps detect your phone
2. SendFile 2.0 - Helps send data to your phone
3. Floats Mobile Agent - Helps Synchronize your phone
You can find the above software & someother extras by clicking the below link.
1. Mobile Phone Monitor - www.clubsonyericsson.com
2. SendFile 2.0 - www.christersson.org
3. Floats Mobile Agent - http://www.clubsonyericsson.com/en/software_windows.shtml
by using these softwares..! you may find it very convenient.

Nah, forget that.
All the software you need is on the CD supplied with your phone.
The best way to send / install stuff is to use bluetooth. Don't buy a data cable as it will only work on your current phone. A bluetooth dongle will work with any phone available now and in the future along with many other devices like PDA's.
Also bluetooth dongles are no more expensive than a data cable so it makes sense.
Your K700 also supports infra-red, but again, they cost about the same as bluetooth.
Hope this helps.

Hi,
1. Whats version your using..?
*The best version is SendFile 2.0. I too used an earlier version of SendFile it did the same.
*And make sure you've set your Communication Port under Reserve.
2. Whats the Operating System Your Using..?
Best using Windows Xp
