first of all bluetooth is a fetaure that is either built into your phone or not, it used a radio transmitter and reciver to send and receive data.

secondly your phone the V200 doenst come with bluetooth, if you want it the best thing to do would be buy a new phone that has bluetooth and to stay away from samsungs, non of there avaiable phones have bluetooth(and there a crap make).

I'm actually quite interested in it... is it coming out soon? like everywhere? And i never seem to see that x410 around... is it dead? wasn't that the one which can play 3d games and stuff?

Without bluetooth it would work just fine bluetooth is just an extra so that the phones that have bluetooth now wouldn't be left in the cold.

What is a PMG?

PMG, or Personal Mobile Gateway, is a new category of mobile devices. These devices bring additional revenues to mobile operators and manufacturers by enabling high-value products and services to be delivered to mobile users. The PMG brings consumers the ability to optimize their mobile experience incrementally : adding to their collection of connected devices according to their budget, over time, and by using a single subscription for the entire collection.

The PMG combines cellular (e.g. GSM/GPRS, CDMA, etc.) and short distance wireless (e.g. Bluetooth or other technologies like WiFi), with micro-router and micro-server functionalities. It is the point of connection between the wireless network and the new category of affordable and best-of-breed mobile devices (Sleek Devices) for consumers. The PMG can be a stand-alone device the size of a small mint box, or integrated into a cellular phone.
The PMG enables a whole new set of innovative, optimized Sleek Devices (e.g. watches, pens, phones, messaging terminals, gaming devices, cameras) that deliver a superior user experience, while still focused on fashion and budget. The PMG also seamlessly connects existing legacy terminals (e.g. PDAs, laptops) with no additional client software needed.

The software on the PMG can be upgraded over-the-air by mobile operators, decreasing the frequency of device replacement and extending the life and value of the PMG.
In order to accelerate time-to-market and reduce development costs, IXI provides a PMG reference design for equipment manufacturers (cellular OEMs and ODMs).
To distinguish a PMG-phone from an ordinary phone, a dedicated logo is used by PMG manufacturers.
