Hi,
I hope someone can help.
I have a 3650, and have a handsfree kit.
The phone seems to have suddenly ( It was working on one call and then wasn't on the next) got stuck in loopset mode. (ie the loopset icon appears top right)
Now it won't ring, and I can only know there is a call by the vibration alert being on (but no sound)
I have tried the supplier (Halfords in the UK) of the handsfree kit, but they are certain it is not them, and said contact the phone suppler(o2). Who said contact the handsfree supplier. You get the picture.
I have tried all the profiles and also the settings > accessories to no avail.
Before I stand in the shop and go mad at them, has anyone else had this problem?

I'm not sure, and it is not branded.
However, here is the link.
Thanks

Sorry, just realised what you meant.
No it's not Nokia own, it was installed at a later date by halfords.

As it is a non-nokia piece, O2 will not be able to help u out here. Only Halford's can.
Also, correct me if im wrong but shouldnt the sound come out of the car's audio or thru the handsfree earbuds instead of the phone ringing??
