I put a protective cover on my 6610 and i think it messed up the radio reception... does anyone know where the radio antenna is if there is one? what part of the phone is it at?

kuzuryusen ... if you look closely at the manual of NOKIA 6610 he has clearly mentioned that radio antenna is located within the headset and not on the phone .. so putting a protective cover doesnt matter .. unless the headset is messed up
have fun ...

That reminds me.... I missed the old headset (N8310/6510, etc) headset for listening to music. I don't like the new pop-port one, its awful.
- At-least the old one had a nice clip so you can clip it on your shirt in style, but the new one kept on hanging down I find it troublesome trying to hide it, let alone walk with it dangling in all directions.
- stereo/mono whats the diff? (of-course I know) but I hear the same music quality.

Ney, stereo sounds much better - I hear that clearly and hate mono

Lowbatt, I think your problem is that your reception is too bad, then it will will play mono even though you have selected stereo, hence you hear no difference..

I agree with mwiberg on that one. If the signal strength isn't high enough, stereo can't be obtained and it will sound similar to mono.
