Hey folks,
I got my T-Mobile free 6010 phone today, turned it on, signal is perfect, I setup the voice mail and started to discover the T-Zones, bad thing is... it don't work at all... I can get into t-zones portal but then every link I click tells me "Your plan does not support this feature", drives me nuts, called t-mobile customer care, they seems know nothing and all they do is to submit trouble ticket (god knows when will they call back) Anyone here have same problem before and are able to help me?
Switched from AT&T Wireless, their coverage in my area is no good, and t-mobile seems much better, even in buildings. I just hope to get this fixed otherwize i'm going to return the phone before 14 day return period pass.
Thanks folks.
Li

I had the same exact problem with my Moto V80. I called CS and told them i about my problem and they sent me to tech support ( i never thought they would ever do that) any ways talk to them and their are the wap settings their or you can find a phone that is supported by tmobile and will work with yours IE my v80 has and will take the same settings from a moto v600 so they can OTA the info so you dont have to type all that crap in.

Anyone have any more info on this issue? I get "Your plan does not support this feature" when I try to go to ANY HTML web site.
I am waiting to hear back from T-Mobile, but that will take days I am sure. I do not think they know.
Thanks for any feedback!!

Do you have the cheaper of the two T-zones add-ons or the more expensive one? One is, I believe, 4.99 and the other 9.99.
The cheaper plan will not let you view HTML sites, only the listed links given in the phone (stuff like local weather).

there is not much dif btween the 4.99 and the 9.99 so get the 4.99 one. your phone doesnt support html sites only wap sites.

lifanus, did you get a resolution on this issue? I just signed up for TMobile yesterday, got the e105, and can browse in THEIR gprs stuff (download Destiny's child ringtones, etc), but cannot go to an http:// address. It give me the messagee "Your plan does not support this feature".
Tech support told me that it takes 48-72 hours to "provision" WAP for my phone. Were you successful?
