I have a 7250i and have purchased a DKU-5 cable which works fine with MobiMB Mobile Media Browser trial software but not with Nokia PC Suite.
Have tried configuring each of the ports listed but the software fails to recognise that the phone is connected. I've probably overlooked something very simple but would appreciate any suggestions.
Thanks, Jim

The cable is from a third party and works with other software.

Buying third party cables is a risk since they generally never work with the pc suite. The PC Suite supports only original DKU-5 cable.

Contacted the company, Mobile Madness, and only now do they tell me that their cable DOESN'T work with Nokia PC Suite.
