I have a Nokia 3595 that I bought via T-Mobile 2 Go(Prepay).I unlocked it and can make calls and get SMS via Cingular in a test with parents' SIM card.Problem is this.If I go to "Services" menus to connect,it still comes up with "Connect to T-zones" as an option.I have found no way so far to be able to change the settings.I tried to download settings via SMS from Nokia's Website and phone never got the mesage(Went through T-Mobile system). It was as if T-mobile didn't allow it to get through.I like the phone and would like to use it on Cingular now that my father said he was no longer going to use his SonyEricsson my mother bought and added to the account(My mother has a 2 year contract for them and a year and a half left). So she wants me to use the number.Do I need to have the phone flashed,or is there a way to get things changed without doing it?If I use Cingular,I'll lose out on ringtone, etc.downloads due to no WAP ability.trying not to ramble, but does anyone have any info to help me?Thanks in advance.I live in Ohio,USA near Dayton.

Duh!I just found out that maybe I do need to have it flashed.Next question is this.Is there any place anyone knows of in Ohio where I could take it and have this done so it would be back to a neutral state(or at least flashed to Cingular)? And thanks again for any help.

I found a program called "Crux Unlocker".I put in the info it wanted and it gave me a "code" to put in.I entered it and *poof* the phone was unlocked. When you do the code,YOU GET ONLY 5 TRIES TO GET IT RIGHT. DON'T MESS IT UP.Enter code #1 is what I was told, and if that does not work use code #7.But the program will tell you what to do.I can asume no responsibility for anything. The Program does work, but you MUST enter all the info right to get the correct code. After that, you have to enter the code correctly. If all goes right, the phone will flash "Phone Restriction Removed" (or if it was already unlocked,"Phone Was Not Restricted").Have a great day and I hope it works.

This site worked for me!

Follow the instuctions closely. Mine was with Cingular and it unlocked on first try. I then put my T-Mobile SIM card in it and it booted up saying "T-Mobile" and rang when I called my T-Mobile number.
I was impressed.
