since you already did it the way I explain then I suggest you try it again with the mmf you like the most!
Simply convert your "good mmf" to wav and use it to create the MIDI! Follow the tutorial like before and you will have that shaking and blinking mmf in no time!
Remember that if you want the vib to follow the beat you should clean up the wave the way you want it before making the midi!
what I do is to listen to my wav in Sound Forge, follow the graph and mark in my mind where the bass and/or beat is... I then turn down the volume everywhere else! After that I then raise the volume of the whole wav untill I get a very nice, high peak! (WIDI likes LOUD wavs )
Save that wav as mid-sample.wav and make your midi.....Use it for your mmf and your phone will be vib'n to the beat!

Why cant you use Audacity to edit a MP3 to 18 seconds?
Much better quality and WAYYY less effort, timewise.
