hi
I wanted to buy a motorola v300, just wanted to check, whether are there any providers who are less srict on credit check, I applied to cingular and did not get it. As I'm new in US, its getting difficult to get any plans. Any workarounds or any other service provider who can give a plan.
Thanks

Probably the most leniant you will find with the credit checks would have to be Sprint.. From my experiance there maximum deposit is 250 (even for the worst credit (aka... mine) where as Verizon can run up to 1000.
Sometime they will also run No deposit speicials .. just keep your eyes open

Every new Cingular account requires a credit check. You cannot activate a phone is billing without one. Pre-Paid is a different story.
