wen i use my mpt and i send a ring tone to my phone it works fine but when i try to play it i get this message "file has unidentifiable information. delete?" can some1 plz help me

How are you cutting and converting them? Try to use this for a starting standard: 96kbps, mono channel, 16 bit, 44100hz sample rate :some of those options won't be in your converter but I labeled all possible. Then delete the one on the phone, and re-upload the new converted file.

i cut it to 10 sec 16 bit but the kbs is always 1411kbs which is too big im guessing

um...at 10 seconds and 16bit, make sure the kbps is at 96 or close and the overall file size for 10 seconds should be like 90kb dead max.
