I just got my V220 phone to work with downloaded pictures and putting on rightones. I couldn't get the links to the Mobile Phone Tools update to work so I bought MPT V3 on E-bay for $3. It was well worth it because it now works. I also downloaded the P2K driver from motclub.com. This might be the part that is messing people up. The P2k driver works with Win XP.

To those that can't get it to work, keep trying it is worth it.

I have downloaded the Motorola Mobile Phone Tools but could not download the update. I tried running version 1.23 but it does not recognize the V220. All I want to do is to save pictures to my computer. Could someone please email the files I need along with some instructions on how to get my phone working? Thanks!

I am running ver 2.21 of the MPT and ver 6.7 of the PST on my WinXP desktop. I tried to install the MPT on my XP laptop and it failed. I guess it is because I have SP2 on my laptop. This could be one of the issues some people are having

I just got two V220 phones through Cingular. The box and the menu shows them as Tri-Band.

AT&T is selling the same model but is advertizing them as Quad-Band.

Are they Tri or Quad?

If they can be Quad how do I re-configure my Cingular model for Quad service?

Everytime I try to visit motclub.com it comes back as an error or says the page can't be found.
