Can the new Motorola Razr V3 be unlocked for T-Mobile since it uses a SIM card?
i believe cingular sells the Razr unlocked already since it is quad band, at least that is what they have been doing with the quad band moto's. but to answer your original question, yes. all gsm phones should be unlocked in the first place! darn carriers

Is there a website you can go to to view pictures you had sent from your camera phone? Like say you send a picture to a Sprint customer, what link will they get to view that picture? Also is there a way to get text messages other than your phone? Thanks in advance.

Did you tried to enter the PUK more than 3 times? If so, you may have locked your phone out of service. Contact your provider for help.

I upgraded two phones from Cingular yesterday (Samsung x427m and LG C1300). The agent installed sim cards in the wrong phones. If I swapped sim cards will either/both phones still work, or will I have to go back to the Cingular store?
