I also bought myself my dream phone..but..now it more of a nightmare..
The Memory stick is a normal memory stick duo reader...which means it goes only up to 128mb..
Why didnt sony put a memory stick duo pro in there?
By the way..did you succeed in transfering java applications to the phone?
The people over at SonyEricsson say it isnt possible.. I have to download them using the phone... piece of crap..

yea... 128mb kinda suck..but gotta live with it, planing to get two.. one for mp3 and the other for video, pic etc... but i saw sony got this new stick which it contain two 128mb in one memory stick, so u just hv to switch it manual on the stick itself... kinda cool.. so u dont the fust of having 2 sticks.... gonna try that one... if u can search for it... n reply me with ur results...
baut the java thing... i've not tried it yet... if that is what u say.... its a nightmare then... cant you just transfer it through bluetooth... but 1st u have to save the java file to ur PC n send it via bluetooth... i've tried with my z600, it works well...
anyway... when/where did u bought ur z1010? baught mine in brunei, cost me US$610.. bought it a month ago..

Yippie!
I've transfered java programs via InfraRed
I bought my z1010 in Portugal, for 600 euros.
