hi i wonder if ne one knows how i can convert mpg. files to 3gp. an vice verca?!?

Have you tried the PC Suite software that came with it? I converted something the other day with it, don't remember if it was mpeg. Give it a try.

How do u do that? i was trying to figure that out on the software but jst got totally lost.. thanx in advance!!!

How do u do that? i was trying to figure that out on the software but jst got totally lost.. thanx in advance!!! |
Just fire up PC Suite, View Multi Media then open up the file you want with it. Then File/Save As and it will give you different compression options. Once done you can just send it to the phone! Got STACKS of porn on mine now!

Heaps!!! Also, how can u convert .wma and .wmv files to become .3pgcoz ive been trying with the pc suite and it doesnt allow you to save as, is there a way to get around this or a different program to use or anything??? thanks

Sorry, that one I don't know I'm afraid. If I ever want to do something like that I try downlaod.com and type in, for example, 3gp wma and see what the search comes up with.

hmm..actually there are certain movies files that can't be converted.
i have some mpeg and avi files which i cant convert coz i cant see the 'save as' thing.. however there are other mpeg,avi which can convert..
can anyone explain why is this so?
is there some sort of copy right on the movie isit ?
i dun tink so coz most are downloaded from net.

both nokia mm converter and apple quicktime pro convert to 3gp but do not give a custom resolution option....one HAS to select either 144x176 or 128x97....
