If your PC is running Windows 2000, make sure that you have upgraded it with the IrCOMM patch. Without the IrCOMM patch installed, you will not be able to make data calls with your PC using your 7250 phone. Updates for Windows are available from the Microsoft Download Center.

I have problems with Nokia Phone Browser too (running on XP). Cannot see any of the pictures I have taken. I reported this to Club Nokia Careline in Norway, and got the following answer:
'We know Phone Browser i PC-suite 5.1 is unstable and expect a new version at the end of the summer....'
'You can try the following:
- Disconnect the phone from the PC
- In explorer, show hidden and system files
- Locate: C:\Documents and settings\<username>\Nokia Phone Browser\
- Delete the phone folder (ex. Nokia 7250 folder)
- Delete the file "PhoneStatus.Status"
- Reboot PC and connect the phone. Start phone browser.
- Wait for a few minutes, picturesync may take a while."
