k500 is not yet available her...but i saw its add in news paper...it will definintely be far better than t610...at that price, options are samsung x600, moto c650 and moto e365..... i will suggest u to wait a few months if possible.....as rates of some of the newer phones have yet to fall 
Check out -edited- for other pgones in your budget

Thanks for the tip !!! I have already decided to wait for SE K500i and wait for it to cool down its pricee...its available now in India and goes for 14K Rs/-...i will wait for 1 and 1/2 months and then will buy a K500i..
