side question, are there many jobs in halifax/dartmouth? Since this place is closing I am deciding on whether or not to come back to the maritimes or stay here.

Join the club Steva11, I got a divorce about 4 years ago and haven't looked back since.
Sorry to hear about the seperation tho, especially if that isn't what you wanted.
