Which one do you think is better. Your oppinions will help me decide which one to buy. Personally I am a nokia fan but I am leaning towards the Sony Ericsson because of its excellent screen quality that beats Nokia hands down.

I think if had to make choice, i will leave both and get motorola e398! ......of these two, its very close, depends upon ur needs...i would prefer k700 as screen and poly sounds are very imp to me.....its only downside is absence of memory card support...but inbuilt memory is quite big... 41mb

The k700i is good but the lack of ms duo slot is what kills the deal for me.
And abt the E398, although it has gr8 sound quality and expansion capabilities, the trans-flash card that it uses is very rare and costly and sizes more than 128mb are not to be found.
The 6230 on the other hand can support upto 512 mb mmc cards.

But e398 ships with 64mb card....and such cards would become available in future....moreover its cheaper that k700.......and in terms of screen and sounds, it beats k700......nokias are not in competion in this field.......it depends on ur use, if 64mb card is enough for u{will be for most people}, its worth it

I read a review on howard forums which compared the Motorala E398 the SE K700i and the Nokia 6230. They had a photo of all three phones side by side. The K700i was by far the smallest and it was easy to tell that it had the best screen quality by far, followed the E398 and then the 6230. Sorry Motorola fans.

Actually i read k700 review at mobile-review.com....it said, its screen was worse than moto v600....and i persumed that e398 would have same screen as v600....may be i am wrong .....i recommend u to read reviews of all these 3 phones there before deciding your choice....also high quality pictures are shown there...

Here is a link to the review which I think is quite un-biased.

Obviously the screen quality of the Motorola E398 and the SonyEricsson K700i is miles ahead of the Nokia 6230, but I'll let judge the Motorola and the SonyEricsson for yourself. They are very close, personally I think the K700i is slightly better than the motorola.

Ya, thats rightly said....even if slight difference, shouldnt be the reason to buy one......so what u think is overall better of all three....i may also upgrade in some months and i was looking at e398....also its cheapest of the lot......what in ur opinion is best of these....as for fan thing, i am actually a samsung fan, but they have yet to come with phones with such capabilities....they say such phones are coming shortly....just waiting......also i read some people in forums saying that k700 has some bugs to be fixed.... .so i am just waiting to see how it goes
