Hi duceduc,
I've tried buncha drivers including the ones located in MPT's drivers folder. The version of the software I'm using is 3.11..pretty recent i suppose. But still my PC can't recognize the device. Looks like the driver you've been sending out works fine for people who had the same problem as me. Would you please send it to me as well?..i have a V400 and running w2k. Thanks

You must have to install Motorola USB modem. If the image of your phone appears on the desktop, you are all set to go. It took me few days to figure this out. Once again you must use COM4 and you must install Moto USB modem.

Drivers alone will not get you anywhere, you need software call Mobile Phone Tool (MPT) and it also have all the drivers needed in there
