I bought 2 moto v600's for my wife and myself, a couple months apart.
Last night at exactly the same time both our phones fell back an hour.
I tried going into the settings and changing the clock to the correct time and about five minutes later the same thing happens.
I tried tricking the phone and setting it 2 hours ahead of the correct time, hoping it would only fall back an hour, nope!
I called customer service and they told me to go into settings> initial setup>master reset. Did that and then reset the time, a couple hours later same thing happens. What is going on and how do I fix it?

Really? There is on mine. You may need to look into that. It may be the cause of your issue.

I suspect this is a provider issue. I'm on o2 in the UK and there is no such setting either. I also know I have the latest software due to a resolved previous problem.

If you have a usb data cable and p2kman, you can enable it by turning on the feature through offseting the bit in seem 0032_0001.

My O2 phone which I use on Rogers/Fido is also losing 1 hour. Seems to be more common when the phone is switched off and I wait for an alarm. The alarm triggers 1 hour late, when powered on, the phone is lagging by 1 hour.
Any update on how this initial report was resolved.
Thanks
